The rules for using the Jobroots website and services.

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, which is run by Jobroots Consultancy And Recruiter, Mumbai ("Jobroots", "we", "us"). By using the website or sending us your details, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Jobroots is a recruitment consultancy. We connect job seekers with employers, mainly for BPO and customer support roles in Mumbai. We are not the employer. Hiring decisions, salaries and employment terms are set by the employer.
2. Free for candidates
Jobroots never charges candidates for registration, CV submission, interviews, tests, training, offer letters or joining. If anyone asks you for money in the name of Jobroots, do not pay and report it to us on +91 79770 21911.
3. If you are a candidate
- The information and CV you send must be true, up to date and your own.
- By submitting a CV you agree that we may share it with employers for suitable roles, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Sending a CV does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any particular salary.
- Please tell us if you are no longer looking for a job, so we can stop contacting you.
4. If you are an employer
- A requirement sent through the website is an enquiry. It does not create a contract.
- Our recruitment services, fees and any replacement terms are agreed separately in writing before we start.
- Candidate details we share with you may only be used for the role they were shared for, and must be handled in line with Indian data protection law.
5. Job listings
We publish job details in good faith based on information from employers. Openings may change or close without notice. Client company names are not shown in job listings. We share them with candidates when we set up an interview, unless the client agrees otherwise.
6. Using this website
Please do not send false information, upload harmful files, try to access parts of the site you are not meant to, or copy job listings or content in bulk.
7. Links to other services
The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
8. Our content
The Jobroots name, logo, text and design of this website belong to Jobroots and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Liability
We work carefully, but the website is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, Jobroots is not responsible for decisions made by employers or candidates, for employment terms between them, or for losses caused by the website being unavailable.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
